"En El Casertano encontré un pequeño ritual de placer. El café Oleato, ligeramente oleoso, tiene esa textura que abraza: denso, aromático, casi cremoso, como si cada sorbo quisiera quedarse un momento más. Las pizzas, doradas en el borde y suaves al centro, celebran la sencillez bien hecha. La sangría con frutos rojos es un respiro fresco, luminosa y fragante, mientras que el Negroni Sbag Y o Speciale es una delicia absoluta: equilibrado, elegante y con un amargor amable que se vuelve inolvidable. "Cartesano es de esos lugares que te transportan directo a Italia desde que entras. El ambiente es precioso y la atención desde el primer momento fue increíble: todos súper amables y atentos, incluso te explican el tipo de masa que usan para las pizzas, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. El menú es muy diferente a lo tradicional, y justo por eso siento que comer aquí no es solo ir a cenar, es vivir una experiencia. Cada opción se siente pensada y especial. Probé una pizza de temporada que fue mi absoluta favorita: llevaba arúgula, higos y queso de cabra (y otros ingredientes que honestamente se me olvidaron porque estaba demasiado ocupada disfrutando ). Fue una explosión de sabores, una experiencia literal en mi boca. Me encantó todo. Sin duda lo recomiendo muchísimo, una súper joya al sur de Monterrey que vale totalmente la pena conocer."
